Hello family and friends, I'd like to share some updates about my current journey.
Recently, I was diagnosed with stage 2 invasive breast cancer. Tomorrow will be my second chemo infusion, and it has been tough on my body. I tried to work today, but it made me very sick, as I work in the Texas heat. My job as an independent contractor has allowed me to work when I can, which has been a blessing for 15 years as I struggle with other physical disabilities, so maintaining a job in life has been rather difficult. I thought I could do it today, but the treatment make it harder. I'm 52 years old, a wife, mother, daughter, and Mimi to four wonderful grandchildren.
Right now, I need some help to keep going until I'm cancer-free. Your support can make a big difference as I navigate this journey with cancer. Every bit assists in helping me keep my car, food, co-pays, and other essentials so that I can focus on getting better and being there for my family.
