We are reaching out to you about our dear friend and colleague, Jose E Dominguez-Rodriguez. Jose has been a cherished part of our restaurant family for almost 20 years. Recently, he was admitted to the hospital with a cancer diagnosis. During this tough time, we at the Karsen's/Ponderosa family are doing our best to support Jose, his wife Yadira, and their daughter Estephanie.
