John Maples Funeral Expenses

On July 28, 2026, at 5:58 am, John Maples, my Daddy, passed away. He has 12 children, many of whom are already struggling to make ends meet. My family needs financial support for the following:

1. Funeral expenses-$11,000
2. Travel for family members to his funeral, including missing time from work without pay for many.
3. Support for my sister, who is caring for my mother as my father’s government benefits will reduce and pause for a bit while paperwork is completed.

My sister Rachael has been carrying a VERY heavy load, working two jobs, sleeping few hours, and caring for three disabled, very sick people: our father, who has passed; our mother, who is having major heart surgery soon and could pass; and her husband, who is in palliative care for chronic kidney disease and may also pass. I honestly don’t know how she’s doing this. The government benefits from my father have been helping support her situation considerably, and now those will reduce and pause until paperwork is completed and processed.

I also know some family may not be able to attend without financial help to take off work and to travel there. Please help if you can.

Thank you friends.
