Help Support John Kelley Galyean and His Family
**Update**
*** Kelley has been released from the skilled nursing facility and is currently resting at home. He was scheduled to go to a Neuro rehabilitation facility, but due to some unforeseen circumstances, he has been sent home and is awaiting an appeal to try to get the neurological help now needed. If possible, please send this flyer out again to try to reach as many people as possible. Lets give one last push to try to help this family any way we can. Thank you in advance for sharing this and for helping with whatever you can! ~Jimmy Palmer
P.S. For anyone that has already donated, thank you so much! Ms. Donna has been able to start having Kelleys bathroom remodeled to make it more accessible and user friendly. All funds received are and have already been used for medical expenses and other items needed to assist in this transition of lifestyles. Thank you all, and God Bless! ***
John Kelley Galyean, is facing an unimaginable life change after suffering a life-altering stroke at just 51 years old. At the time of his stroke, Kelley did not have health insurance, leaving him and his family facing overwhelming medical and financial challenges.
Kelley has always been an active and dedicated member of our community. Through teaching, coaching, and mentoring, he has spent countless years helping young men develop not only into outstanding baseball athletes, but also into better young men. He has given his time, knowledge, and heart to so many families and young athletes throughout the years.
Now, Kelley is the one who needs our help. He will require around-the-clock care for the foreseeable future, along with ongoing healthcare, rehabilitation, and other daily expenses. His mother, Donna Galyean, will become his sole caregiver. Donna is also an incredible and well-loved member of our community who has spent years helping and supporting countless children and families within our community. This family has given so much to others, and now we have an opportunity to give back to them.
Any donation, no matter the amount, will make a meaningful difference. Your generosity will help Kelley and Donna with medical care, rehabilitation, caregiving expenses, everyday necessities, and the many financial challenges they will face moving forward.
If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing this fundraiser and keeping Kelley and the Galyean family in your thoughts and prayers. Every act of kindness, support, and generosity means more than you know.
Thank you for helping support an amazing family who has spent so many years supporting others.
