A Time to Come Together ❤️
Many of you know and love our mom, and right now our family is facing one of the hardest moments we have ever experienced.
After many difficult conversations, our family has made the decision to place Mom into hospice care. She is currently at OhioHealth Hospice House, where she can be kept comfortable and surrounded by the people who love her most.
At this time, our biggest priority is Mom. We want to be there with her, hold her hand, talk to her, and make sure she knows just how deeply she is loved. That means many of us are stepping away from work and putting our everyday responsibilities aside so we can spend this precious time together.
We are asking for privacy and transitioning to no visitors. Mom is receiving significant medication, and we want to protect her dignity and allow her this time to be peaceful and comfortable.
❤️ How You Can Help
Our family is setting up a support page to help relieve some of the financial burden that comes with unexpectedly stepping away from work, traveling back and forth, meals, gas, household expenses, and everything else that continues while a family is focused on caring for a loved one.
If you are able to donate, no amount is too small. $10, $20, $50—or whatever you can comfortably give—can make a real difference for our family right now.
And if you aren’t able to donate, sharing this post is just as meaningful. You can also help by sending a meal, a gift card, a gas card, or simply keeping our family in your prayers.
We know Mom has an incredible village. She has touched so many lives, and the outpouring of love and support has meant more to us than we could ever put into words.
Right now, we aren’t asking anyone to fix this. We’re simply asking our village to help us carry the weight so that we can focus on what matters most—being with Mom.
