So many of you have asked how you can help. These are our people — our roots, our homeland. We’ve played on these beaches, grown up knowing these neighbors, the shop owners, the families who make Jamaica the beautiful and resilient place it is.
As Hurricane Melissa continues to batter Jamaica with devastating winds and flooding, those with deep ties to the island are preparing to help as soon as it’s safe to move. This is personal. These are the communities that shaped us, and now they need our support.
Every dollar given here will go directly through trusted channels on the ground to reach those who need it most — quickly, wisely, and with full accountability. Funds will be used for:
- Emergency shelter, food, and clean water
- Medical and hygiene supplies
- Support for those who have lost homes or loved ones
- Early rebuilding and community repair once the storm clears
We are honored to be partnering with WorldHelp, a Christian humanitarian organization. Katheryn Sarantos, who serves on WorldHelp’s Board of Trustees, knows firsthand their ethical and transparent approach to relief work.
Through this partnership, funds raised here will go directly to serve the people of Jamaica — providing immediate relief, supporting rebuilding, and helping strengthen the infrastructure needed for ongoing support.
Accountability matters deeply. Every contribution will be used with integrity and care to make sure it reaches the right hands at the right time.

We are so humbled that so many of you have reached out personally, asking how to help. Your love and generosity mean the world to us — and to the people of Jamaica who are holding on to faith and hope as they rebuild their lives.
