Help Celebrate Ivy's 3rd Birthday by Building Her a Safe Place to Play
Every child deserves to celebrate turning three.
This year, Ivy's birthday wish is a little different.
Our sweet, sassy, bossy girl is turning 3 years old while courageously battling high-risk neuroblastoma. Through countless hospital stays, treatments, scans, and procedures, Ivy has shown more strength than most of us will ever have to.
Because of her cancer treatment, Ivy is—and will continue to be—immunocompromised. That means trips to busy playgrounds and indoor play areas aren't safe for her. While other children can freely explore and play, Ivy has to be extra careful to avoid exposure to illnesses that could become life-threatening.
For her 3rd birthday, we'd love to give Ivy something priceless: a safe place to simply be a kid.
We're raising funds to purchase and professionally install a backyard playset where Ivy can laugh, climb, swing, imagine, and make memories with her family—all in the safety of her own home.
This playset will be more than a birthday gift. It will be:
- A place where Ivy can play safely during treatment and recovery.
- A space where her sister and friends can make memories with her when she's feeling well.
- A reminder that even during the hardest days, childhood joy still matters.
