Hello family and friends!

Our sweet Hazel Mae needs our help this week. Hazel is a 5-year-old girl who has a rare genetic condition called PIGN-CDG (MCAHS1), and there are fewer than 100 known cases in the world. She experiences daily seizures, cannot see, and has developmental delays. Hazel needs special therapy, medical equipment, and must often travel to get expert care. Despite these challenges, Hazel is a happy and determined little girl who makes progress every day.

We have set up a support registry to help Hazel and her family. There are several ways you can lend a hand. Please consider the following options:
