My 2-year-old daughter, Gia Del Aguila, was born with Prader-Willi Syndrome, a rare genetic condition, and she was also born very prematurely at 24 weeks. Gia requires a lot of medical equipment and various therapies to manage her condition. Due to her needs, I had to stop working, and my husband, who had hip replacement surgery and later pancreatitis, can only work limited hours. We are struggling to make ends meet and have accumulated a lot of debt. Despite searching, I have not been able to find online work to support our family. We also have another child and are feeling overwhelmed and desperate.
