Hello friends. 

We are reaching out to share a pressing situation that is impacting our lives. As a family of four, including my fiancé's service dog, and I who is disabled and was without enough income to do anything but barely pay my bills for a long time, we are facing the risk of losing our home. We live in a state that offers no tenant protection, and our landlord has already begun the eviction process, which means we are in a position where we must pay thousands of dollars we do not have. This situation is especially challenging as I have just started a new job I can actually work and have enough hours at, and am getting back on my feet. Maintaining our home is crucial for our future, there is no housing available that would allow us to keep our jobs as is. This would mean that everyone in the home is facing losing their income and the opportunity to find a new home in the future. 

The amount of money listed here is high, I understand, but judgement against us in court would already be over 10k due to the treble rent clause. This would allow us to potentially immediately find a new place after any judgements are made. Anything donated will be put forward exclusively towards covering any legal fees, moving fees, and rent for a new home for us.
