Hello family and friends! We need your help to support Gustav, our 9-year-old red-foot tortoise. He's been part of Flora’s family since he was a baby and is adored by his best friend, Mocha, the Shih Tzu. Recently, Gustav had an accident after escaping from their basement room, and he was found with a cracked shell and a broken leg.
Thankfully, VEG found Gustav, and he is now receiving the care he desperately needs. Flora has been amazing, giving him pain medication and antibiotics at home, and he requires further surgery for his leg, which is estimated at $3,000. We hope to raise $5,000 to cover this procedure and his medical care. Your kindness can help Flora continue to provide Gustav with the necessary treatments.
