In Support of Escaping / General help

Hello, my name is Ajax. I'm a young adult struggling with various disabilities preventing me from getting a proper stable job or help from others, I currently reside with my family which is very unstable at the moment and has not been any better for my mental health as far as I know they do not want me here. I am currently recovering from health decline and have no way to make a living for myself or to get basic necessities I need in life like food and or self-care products. I have tried pantries and help I could get but to no avail they could only do so much for me and I'm not able to go there frequently without transportation which I would still need to cover costs for and cannot always afford. At the moment it is hard as is living as a trans man in a household where there is no emotional support and very little empathy when it comes to mental health decline. I will spare details but because of my living situation I have not only gained psychological issues but physical tremors. I cannot heal in such an unwelcome environment let alone get by daily, it is hard as is with a learning disability finding my way around life without someone to guide me if my own family hasn't given me that basic decency.

I am not asking for much or anything at all for that matter know your support regardless of whether its verbally or through funds I appreciate it all the same.
