Hello family and friends, I hope you're doing well. I’m writing to you today about a situation that has deeply affected my family.

A Swiss banker has stolen my family’s home. My parents bought a home in Murphys, California, for my only brother. This property, or part there of, should have been returned to my family for the benefit of my daughter.

When my brother died in 2020, his trust gave the majority of the property to his friend and business party so she could continue the business he had started. He was an artist. The friend was suffering with stage 4 Lung cancer. She passed away last February. There were things that had been agreed to by her and her attorney, from my brother’s distribution that were still outstanding. I tried to tie up these ends with her trust attorney (who was also my brother’s attorney) but she would not get back to me. Repairs that were subtracted from my pay out had not been done. I felt that I should be reimbursed for that but again, she wouldn’t get back to me. Finally, I believe that this person, my friend, would have, at the very least, left my family’s belongings to me. Her cancer spread to her brain and she was very ill. Her brother, the Swiss banker, tried to keep me from speaking with her in her last days. I believe, as the executor of his sister’s trust, I think he changed the trust. How else would he have been able to take and destroy everything? This is a very complicated situation. However, I have everything I need to get justice. I have emails , messages, photos and eye witnesses. I just don’t have any money for an attorney. I want to recover something for my daughter from her grandparents inheritance. He sold the home last November for $180,000. I even humbled myself, requesting a small sum from what he made on that sale for my daughter and he declined.

This person tossed away all our possessions, including the urn of my brother, and my brother’s personal journals, which are irreplaceable and priceless to us. They've lied and cheated, and schemed, causing immense harm and distress to our family. We need help urgently to seek justice and reclaim what we’ve lost.
