Standing with Cindy: A Community of Faith, Prayer, and Support
Cindy is a devoted wife to David and mother of seven, and her life has always been centered around caring for her family and walking closely with the Lord. She finds joy in the simple, beautiful rhythms of life — studying the Bible, journaling her prayers, spending time with her children, and visiting the beach, where she reflects and feels close to God’s creation.
Recently, Cindy received the difficult diagnosis of colon cancer. Since then, life has quickly filled with doctor visits, testing, treatments, and long days at the hospital. Along with the emotional weight of this journey, there are also many medical costs, therapies, and supportive treatments that insurance does not fully cover. As you can imagine, these expenses add up quickly for a family already navigating so much.
But Cindy and her family are not walking this road alone.
As a community, we are coming together to surround Cindy, David, and their children with love, prayer, and practical support during this season. Funds given here will go directly toward medical expenses, treatments, recovery support, and the many needs that arise during cancer care.
Scripture reminds us of the power of standing together in faith:
"God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble." — Psalm 46:1
And also:
"Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ." — Galatians 6:2
