Our family is full of independent stubborn women and men and asking for help is hard... but we know it takes a village. I know if it was up to our momma she would suffer alone with us. I also know there's a lot of talk and questions about mom. She has been in the hospital for quite some time with some serious health issues. We are waiting for a PET scan to confirm everything.
Our mom has dedicated her life to help others. From being a wound care nurse, working in hospice, being a daughter, mother, sister, aunt, nana, and friend to so many. We have had people ask how they can help so here are a couple ways..
1. Pray for a miracle. Complete healing so she can come home to us and continue to be all she has before but better.
2. Donations for financial burden as our mom hasn't been able to work for quite some time now. With dad commuting back in forth to the hospital which brings me to the next thing..
3. Our family isn't eating the best as we live to work, sleep, hospital runs, and survive. Pre made healthy "diabetic" friendly meal prep containers would be super helpful for our dad who is basically living at the hospital.
Asking for help is hard but right now things are hard, especially with the holiday season. While our mom has been in the hospital, her mom is also declining as well so they both are unable to be there for each other. We appreciate you for reading this and whether you pray, lift financial burden, or help our dad put some good food in his body haha.. We cannot thank you enough. We love you all just as much as you love us.
