Five-year-old Caesyn is bravely battling Aicardi-Goutieres Syndrome, a rare brain disease. Even as his health declines, his heart continues to be as strong as ever. His mom, Breanna, and their tight-knit family, including 10-year-old Grace, 20-month-old Mahtao, and 6-month-old twins Atlas and Pax, are cherishing every moment. In these last days, we want to help ease their burden as much as possible.
