How do I claim a gift card?
If your registry is set up for gift card delivery, you can claim your gift cards right from your dashboard:
- Sign in and go to Your Dashboard.
- Find the gift card and click Claim to start redemption.
- Once claimed, the card shows a Claimed badge.
A card is ready to claim once the donation has cleared and it hasn't already been claimed. If your registry isn't set up for gift card delivery, those contributions are paid out as cash instead — so there's no card to claim. Don't see a card you expected? Reach out to support.
