The first step is Adding a Beneficiary - either yourself or the person/family you’re supporting.
Once added, they’ll receive detailed instructions and links to set up their account via Stripe Connect (our payment processing partner).
With everything complete in Stripe, they’ll be able to request payouts whenever they’d like.

- SupportNow is free to use, and the only place where families can keep 100% (when donors choose to RoundUp).
- If donors choose not to roundup, a 2.7% processing fee is deducted to cover payment processing fees.
- Beneficiaries receive two free payouts every 30 days, with small fees for additional payouts.
