Transfer Process: For Beneficiaries
After being added, Beneficiaries receive an email to set up a secure Stripe Connect account, required for bank transfers.
Once Stripe is connected and donations have cleared (approx. 48 hrs), beneficiaries can request payouts from their Your Dashboard, which can be found by clicking on Your Profile on the top navigation bar.
Standard payouts are processed within 24 hours, while expedited payouts are transferred within 1 hour (M-F 8 AM to 8 PM ET).
Once processed, funds typically arrive 2-3 business days, though timing may vary by bank.
Stripe may request additional security verification, so beneficiaries should monitor emails and text messages.
