For those who know the Lemieux Family, you know they are amazing! They have seven family members, including Avia, who has a rare genetic condition called Pitt Hopkins Syndrome.
Jamie and Daniel are striving to help Avia become more independent, and walking is a big part of their plan. Avia is very close to achieving this milestone.
The family aims to take Avia to a special type of physical therapy called DMI every quarter.
Each visit costs around $3,750, so they hope to raise $11,250 to cover these treatments.
