Hello, family and friends!
Pauline here, one of Charlotte's many sisters.
I am reaching out to rally support for Ares Sandoval and his family. Ares was diagnosed with Noonan Syndrome and has had a lot of fluid build up in his lungs and a bumpy pregnancy.
Charlotte will be induced at St. Luke's in Denver on January 2nd at 8am. The doctors have shared this will be a difficult and traumatic birth. They will have a lot to do to keep him alive. Charlotte and Jaime will not be able to hold him for a while.
Ares is expected to be in the NICU for several month with the first few days being the hardest as they try to drain his fluid. His lungs will be very fragile, and he will have a feeding tube and drainage tubes.
Thankfully, he is in the 93rd percentile and his heart is strong!
Charlotte, Jaime, Thea, and Rose will be moving into the Ronald McDonald house for the months that Ares will be in the NICU to be close to him.
Join all of us in praying for a miracle. I will do my best to keep you all posted. Please share this with you prayer warriors too!
