Hello family and friends,
I am currently in the early stages of dealing with a serious medical situation. After experiencing severe abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, and trouble eating, I went to the ER on April 9, 2026. The doctors found two masses in my abdomen—one in the mesentery and another below my stoma. I am currently undergoing further evaluation and waiting for additional testing and biopsy to determine the cause and whether cancer is involved.
With my history of Familial Adenomatous Polyposis (FAP) and the removal of my colon and rectum in June 2024, this news is especially concerning. I am currently receiving care and undergoing evaluation at Vanderbilt, but I am hoping to advance my care by seeking a specialized evaluation at Mayo Clinic for additional expertise, guidance, and treatment options regarding my condition.
Right now, I cannot work consistently and may need to take more time off for testing, diagnosis, and any treatment that may be needed. I am seeking financial support for basic living expenses, medical costs, and travel related to receiving the best possible care during this uncertain time.
