Omaha Update

We have been blessed with a couple of good days here in Omaha, and for that, we are incredibly thankful. However, even on the good days, Kendra continues to battle multiple seizures.

We are beyond grateful for the incredible team of doctors caring for Kendra at CHI Health Immanuel Hospital in Omaha. Their dedication, compassion, and determination to get to the root of what is happening give us renewed hope.

We did receive the results of Kendra’s spinal tap, and everything came back negative. While we are thankful that certain conditions have been ruled out, it was also disappointing because we had hoped it might bring us one step closer to understanding what is causing all of this.

But our faith remains strong, and our confidence in this medical team does not waiver. We believe we are exactly where we need to be, surrounded by people who are committed to finding the answers Kendra so desperately deserves.

As her parents, there is nothing more difficult than watching our child suffer and not being able to take that suffering away. But we will never stop fighting for her, advocating for her, and believing that better days are ahead.

We continue to trust God’s plan, even when we don’t understand His timing. We know He has been walking alongside us through every step of this journey. We have said before, He meets us at every corner.

Thank you to everyone who continues to pray for Kendra. Your prayers, love, and encouragement mean more than words could ever express.

Our faith is greater than our fear, and we continue to believe there are…

Wow! It is Great and so encouraging to see her up, out of bed and on her feet again! This appears to be a “step “ in the right direction! Continual prayers for answers and healing for Kendra! And also for the rest of the family. 🙏🙏🙏

Woke up in the night October 14 and Kendra came to mind so prayed for her then and same thing this a.m. Praying for answers and praying for supporting parents as well…praying that your faith will stay strong…He has promised “never to leave us or forsake us”…So happy Kendra knows the Lord as well…hug her for me!!!😂🙏🙏🙏🙏
