Yesterday marked the beginning of Liam's fourth and final cycle of chemotherapy. While we are incredibly thankful to have reached this milestone, it has also been the roughest cycle so far.

Cancer stinks. It just does.

Thankfully, after working closely with his doctors and nurses today, they were able to adjust his medications, and he is doing much better. We are so grateful for the incredible care team that continues to love and care for Liam so well.

Prayer Requests

  • Please pray that Liam's nerves and anxiety will remain calm as he finishes these last treatments.

  • Help him keep his eyes on the finish line—only ONE chemo treatment remains!

  • Tomorrow we're hoping Liam's siblings will be able to come spend the day with him. Because of the distance and all the logistics involved, they haven't been able to be here during his previous chemo cycles. We know having them here for this final cycle would be such a huge encouragement to him.

  • Please pray for safe travels for the siblings and grandparents coming tomorrow, and for every detail to come together smoothly.

  • We also want to ask God's blessings over every person who has helped care for our other children over these past months. So many of you have stepped in to shuttle kids, open your homes, cook meals, and make this journey possible. We truly could not do this without you.

Current Needs
One of the greatest blessings during each chemo cycle has been having someone pick up and deliver our groceries on Thursdays (home coming day). We intentionally leave home with an empty refrigerator before heading to Vanderbilt, so coming home to groceries has been an incredible gift.

Many people have offered to help, and honestly, it's become hard for me to keep track of everyone. If grocery pickup and delivery this Thursday is something you'd like to help with, please let Ary know so she can coordinate everything.

Meals for next week and the following week will also be a huge blessing. We'll post those dates as soon as we have a better idea of what the transition between chemo and radiation will look like.

Thank you for continuing to pray, encourage, give, and carry our family through this season. We are so close to the end of chemotherapy, and we are trusting God to continue giving Liam the strength to finish well. 🩶
