Hi everyone!
Just wanted to pop in for a brief update to say that Sienna got discharged yesterday and is HOME!! We are incredibly excited!! It’s been a long 6 months of her being in the hospital all while transitioning to being a family of 4.
We will post a more detailed update of what’s to come at the beginning of next week but for now we just wanted to share the happy news!!🥳♥️
