We’re officially getting ready to leave on Wednesday morning for Vancouver. Presley has her MRI scheduled for Thursday morning, and from there, we’ll be staying at a hotel until her SDR surgery on May 13th.

As we get closer to surgery day, I can feel the nerves starting to kick in a little more. This is a big step—and while it’s the right one, it’s still emotional to walk through. Presley knows she’s having a surgery to help her legs hurt less and to support her walking, and she’s been so brave as we prepare for what’s ahead.
