Emmy has been released from the hospital today!!!! What an exciting day that seemed as though it was never going to come! We can not thank the amazing healthcare teams that Emmy has had the pleasure of working with over the last 54 days at Lutheran General. Every single staff member was amazing and always trying to provide the best care for Emmy! 

Huge thank you to Melissa for being an amazing mother and always fighting for our family. You always kept the doctors on their toes and making sure they are providing the best care to Emmy at all times. 

Huge thank you to Meghan and Chris for all of the help and support with Brooklyn and Cooper. Even the last second fire drill the other night when I decided I wanted to join in on the hospital fun. 

Huge thank you to Sam and Trev for helping out with Cooper and Brooklyn. Driving all they way down to scoop them up or drop them off.

Thank you to all of the continued support and help provided by all of our family and friends. From lending an ear to dropping off items. It is deeply appreciated. 

The journey is not over yet, however we are on track and ready to keep going forward one day at a time.
