Dear Family and Friends, 

 

This post is for you. Kelly and I wanted to take a moment and say how truly blessed we are to have you all in our lives. The level of love and support that we’ve received has been incredible. From all the messages offering your thoughts and prayers, to the delicious meals we’ve received, Kelly and I are so humbled everyday by the amount of support we receive. This past week was particularly special, not only because Kelly was able to begin her treatment but also because of you and how friends both far and near have shown up to support our family during this time. 

 

Unfortunately, the support page does not let me post more than one photo, so I’ve included a link below to showcase some of the amazing support that Kelly and our family has received. A few notable highlights that I did want to share… 

 

Last Saturday Kelly and I’s gym, HEW Fitness hosted a workout for Kelly. Thankfully I was able to join and participate. It was probably the largest class that I had been a part of and can’t thank everyone enough that showed up that day to honor Kelly. They even made custom “Kelly’s Crew” t-shirts that helped raised funds for Kelly. 

 

Wednesday was highlighted not only by Kelly beginning her treatment, but we were also surprised by my agency family, both current and past who showed up in style to our house with their Big Kelly Energy bus! I’m so blessed to have worked alongside these individuals for the past 15+ years and can’t thank them enough for their support during this time. 

 

Finally, the week was capped off with Kelly’s work family hosting A Night for Kelly at their office in downtown Woodstock.  The event included a jump house for the kids, live music, a raffle, and numerous ways to support Kelly and our family. Kelly and I are so blessed to have such a supportive community that was able to attend this event. 

 

This is only a small sample of the outpouring of love and support we have received so from the bottom of our hearts, Thank you! There are not enough words that can be said to express our gratitude for all that you have done. We are encouraged everyday by the amount of love you continue to provide and know that we have an army behind us to attack each day head on.
