The best way to manage pain is eating a lot of good butter and meats with fat. Fat is anti inflammatory Also need to drink water with salt or electrolytes. We will pray. You get wisdom. And he needs to remember. His brain NEEDS FAT.

There is a drug called Lyrica. It’s an anti seizure med, I think that deadens nerve endings resulting in pain control. It is not a narcotic. But it works. I know this firsthand. Ask your doctor about it. It may help.
