Cody's Comeback

Day 1 of 2 of scan week for Cody 💛

Today is a big day and we are asking everyone to please pray specifically for Cody.

Today includes:
• CT scans of his chest, abdomen, pelvis, and spine
• Echocardiogram
• Audiology testing
• Labs
• Oncology visit

Tomorrow is his MIBG scan.

For those who may not know, these scans are done after everything Cody has already walked through: chemotherapy, TWO stem cell transplants, and 12 rounds of radiation... before we move into the next phase: immunotherapy.

The purpose of these scans is to see how much disease remains after treatment and how well his body has responded.

At diagnosis, Cody’s MIBG score was 26/30, showing extensive disease involvement.
Before stem cell transplant, he had already dropped to 2/30, which was an incredible response.

Now, our prayer is for less than 2… or even better… NO evidence of disease.

Tomorrow’s MIBG scan is especially important. This scan uses a tracer that neuroblastoma cells absorb, allowing doctors to look for any remaining active disease throughout the body. It is one of the biggest markers we follow in high-risk neuroblastoma.

Please pray specifically for:

🙏 No evidence of disease
🙏 MIBG score less than 2 (or 0)
🙏 Clear CT scans
🙏 Healthy organs after treatment
🙏 Strong heart function on echocardiogram
🙏 Stable hearing after chemo
🙏 Good labs
🙏 Peace for Cody during testing
🙏 Wisdom for his team
🙏 Strength for all of us as we wait

We have watched God move over and over in this journey. We are praying boldly again.
