One of you reminded me I should share here the positive updates (I had done so already on my facebook page).  Yesterday I found out i do NOT need chemo.  My oncologist prescribed Tamoxifen which I will be on for the next 5-10 years.  I am beyond relieved not to need chemo and that I can resume focusing on my work and transitioning back into life.  I saw my plastic surgeon today and if you had told me a year ago  I would be getting saline in my boob, I would have been pretty shocked.  Anyway I had it done today and it was painless.  Sometime around November or December I will have a second surgery (no overnight and much shorter recovery time) to remove the tissue expander and put in silicone. 
I very much would like to have a Fuck Cancer party to celebrate all the good news sometime in early November so feel free to reach out if you would like an invite or have ideas for venues.  
Thank you again for following my journey.  Aaron has adjusted beautifully to high school which is also wonderful.
