Rent and/or First. Last, and Security

We would either need rent for a few months to get by, or First, Last, and Security plus an extra month of rent to rebuild savings while we find work again. This is the highest possible amount we estimate we would need. We would stay in our current place, but it's far too small for our children with only one bedroom and less than 500sq ft.
