Join the Season of Support
The holidays are hard for families dealing with loss, disability or a new diagnosis. Together, we can lighten the load.
- Free for families, supporters and partners
- Gifts go directly to the family
- Verified families on SupportNow
How it works
Two sides, one list. Three minutes to set up.
Families create wishlists
List the specific costs this season brings: a therapy intensive, an adaptive stroller, hospital parking, a month of rent. Each item gets a price and, if you want, a note on why it matters. The wishlist lives on your free SupportNow Support Page.
Add your wishlistSupporters give direct
Pick a family, pick an item, fund it or chip in toward it. The money goes straight to the family's Support Page and they make the purchase themselves. Then you can follow along as the item arrives and the season gets a little lighter.
Give to othersReal families, real situations
A few of the families giving this season, and what is still open on their wishlists.

Free
For families, for supporters and for partners. No platform fee, no subscription, no cut of the gift.
Give directly
Your gift lands on the family's own Support Page. No middle organization, no warehouse, no waiting on a shipment to the wrong address.
Families keep more
SupportNow never adds platform fees. When a supporter rounds up to cover card processing, the family keeps 100% of the gift.
Not an Amazon wishlist
A registry built for a hard season, not for a store.

Questions, answered
Who can make a wishlist?
Any family facing a hard season: a disability, a diagnosis, a loss, an accident. You list the specific costs in front of you and the list lives on a free SupportNow Support Page, where supporters can also send meals, messages and help.
What does it cost?
Nothing. There is no fee to make a list, no fee to give and no fee for partners. SupportNow never adds platform fees, and when a supporter rounds up to cover card processing the family keeps 100% of the gift.
Am I buying the item?
No. You are funding it. Your gift goes to the family as money, earmarked for the item they listed, and the family makes the purchase themselves. That is deliberate: it lets them pick the right size, the right supplier and the right timing, and it means nothing ships to the wrong address or sits in a box they cannot use.
Where does my money go?
Straight to the family's Support Page on SupportNow. We do not hold it, route it through a store or buy anything on the family's behalf. The family receives the funds and spends them on the item they listed.
How do I know a family is real?
Every list is attached to a SupportNow Support Page, which carries the family's story, their location and a verified organizer. SupportNow reviews pages and removes anything that does not hold up.
Can I give toward part of a bigger item?
Yes. A $4,000 adaptive bike can be covered by forty people giving $100. Every item shows what has been raised so far, and a gift of any size moves it forward.
Does the item have to be something you can buy online?
No. Families list whatever actually helps: a therapy intensive, a month of parking at the hospital, a wheelchair ramp, a cleaner, a specific piece of equipment from a specific maker. If it has a price, it can go on the list.
What happens after I give?
The family posts updates on their Support Page, so you can see the item arrive and hear how it is going. You are meeting a family, not completing a transaction.
I run a brand, clinic or nonprofit. How do we take part?
Partners get a co-branded page where families start a list with the partner's products or services, and a storefront where the partner's community gives. It is free. Email [email protected] and we will set it up with you.
