Wheelchair Van

I found a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan with the wheelchair conversion for $12,500 (a deal that cannot be beaten!) and it needs another approximately $2500 in repairs (this is my guess for replacing the shocks and struts and a service that will be due at 100,000 miles - the van has 94,000 miles on it). The price includes snow tires and they replaced the transmission last year.
