Auto Tires and Repairs

Need to get drivable tires on my car since vehicle sat long enough that tires are all flat. Vehicle has not been driven since approx 2014. Need full diagnostics to sure can drive it again, all fluid, filter and possibly belt replacement. Expense of tires included on main goal amount. Without tires vehicle can't even be towed to home in Michigan and stored until have money for diagnostics, etc.
