Front Entry & Sidewalk Safety Improvements

~Addressing an immediate safety issue while planning for long-term accessibility~ The front sidewalk is currently affected by sinking concrete, creating an uneven surface and a real safety concern. A short-term repair is expected in the near future to reduce immediate risk.
However, this would be a temporary fix that does not address the underlying issues. A more complete solution would include a larger, stable front landing (possibly a railing too) and a wheelchair-accessible ramp to better support Carly’s needs and improve overall safety.
Longer-term, this project may connect with broader updates to the front exterior—including driveway or apron replacement to fix other significant sinking issues and potentially reworking some landscaped areas into a more functional concrete space for outdoor use. Estimated need:
