Utilities! Past due bills *Shut off notice!

We are in a bind! Without steady work for proper income to keep up with our utility bills, and with my housing company not having given the stipends set to be issued each month. Our utilities have stacked up, and are now overdue, and set to be shut off in a week if not paid up. Unfortunately immediate family can’t help at this time, and there’s no community support available for assistance, as all programs are capped and unavailable to issue funds. Any hit helps and is greatly appreciated!
