What do we need to give you?
Your name, logo, brand colour and website to build the page. Then a list of the products or services families should be able to add, with a price and a photo for each. Most partners send that as a spreadsheet or a link to their catalog, and we load it for you.
Do we handle any money?
No. Supporters give on SupportNow, the money lands on the family's own Support Page, and the family makes the purchase. You never touch a payment, a refund or a shipping address.
Do families have to buy from us?
No. Your products appear first on your page, and families can add anything else they need beside them. Families choose; supporters fund; the family buys. Partners see the lift because the page carries your name and your catalog.
How long does it take to go live?
Your preview is ready the moment you finish the form. A SupportNow team member reaches out within a business day to load your products and switch the page on. Most partners are live within a week.
