Thank you to everyone who took the time to watch or listen to my Moms Like Me podcast episode, and for all the support and enthusiasm around it. 

I also just want to say thank you to those who reached out after listening. Hearing what resonated with you, and what helped you better understand our life, meant more than I can really put into words. 

It got me thinking more about the island and mainland analogy I shared, and how many people genuinely want to cross that distance and be part of a family’s village, but don’t always know how. 

There's so much value in vulnerability, sharing more about the parent caregiving experience, and what meaningful support can actually look like in practice. Almost like a “how to be a villager,” in a way that’s honest and actually useful.

These Support Now updates will always stay focused on Camila. This would just be a separate space to expand on some of what this life has taught me.
