Hi everyone,

I was recently invited to be a guest on the Moms Like Me podcast by one of the co-founders of SupportNow, and the episode is now live!

This conversation is from my perspective. Not centered on Camila’s medical details, but on what it has been like to live inside this life.

I spoke about what this life actually looks like day to day. Navigating complexity without a clear diagnosis, the constant decision-making, and continuing on without an off switch.

It still only brushes the surface, but it’s one of the more honest ways I’ve been able to share what this actually feels like from the inside.

You can listen or watch on YouTube, Spotify, or Apple Podcasts

I would really appreciate you sharing the podcast episode, whether directly with someone in your life or on your social media. My hope is that this reaches the people who are living something similar and need to hear they’re not alone.

And if you do listen, liking, commenting, or leaving a rating wherever you tune in helps more than you might realize in getting this in front of the people who need it most.

Thank you, as always, for continuing to show up and support us.

With love,
Vanessa Weilnhammer

You were awesome!!! Very informative. I hope you know we are always thinking and praying for you and your family. I wish that you didn’t feel so isolated but I understand how important it is to control Camila’s environment right now. You are all doing a great job. We love you all💜💜💜

What a powerful podcast! Thank you for sharing with everyone. You looked beautiful. You sounded so coherent, calm, articulate, intelligent. I think what you said will be helpful to any parent that’s going through what you two are going through. And it was also very helpful to those of us on the mainland to know how we can help. I am sure that there are those who do love you, but just don’t know what to do for you, so they end up not doing anything. They now have learned that sending some waves no matter how big or small can be so meaningful to you. Personally I will continue to splash you guys at every chance I get whether you ask for it or not. Haha. I’m very proud of both of you. I’m very proud of you Vanessa for stepping up a week after Camila‘s eight week hospital stay and having the capacity to do this podcast. Congratulations.
