Hello Everyone!

So I just wanted to give you all an update on how the "raising a hand" works. When we put a need out and someone raises a hand it will send an email out reminding them that they raised their hand, even if it's multiple people and we haven't officially accepted whoever to do it. Then when we accept a person it will send a confirmation email to that person only. So if you raise a hand and don't receive an accepted email we either are unsure about that day yet or have accepted someone else. 

For those who have raised a hand or offered to lend a hand we want you to know that we deeply appreciate it and we understand that it's been confusing that Vanessa's needs for this week have changed due to her deciding she needed to remain home for another week. She does plan to return to work Mon, Feb 17th and we have updated the calendar based on that.
