Last night we received a call from Uriel. ICE transferred him to New Jersey instead of Texas (like we said they will do this without notice to loved ones), couldn't find him in the system to fully process (how insane it is how easily they can lose track of people) so then they sent him back to the Baltimore facility. We do not have any information about whether he will be transferred again or remain in Baltimore. We do not know if the original bond hearing scheduled for 1/17 (stated in a previous update) will stand or if we still have to restart. So many unanswered questions.
Please continue to pray for the best case scenario which is that he remain at the Baltimore facility and that he be released on bond soon.
