Wilder’s Progress (6/25/26)

We are back the hospital today. After a few diapers with some spots of blood in them we brought Wilder to the ER at St. Mary’s. They did an x-ray and did not find the complication he had last time of pneumatosis. They are running more tests and will be transferring him to the American Family Children’s Hospital so he can be admitted for observation. Unfortunately children’s is so full that they are working on transferring us to the ER there where we will wait on a room to open up. Due to our insurance we cannot go straight to childrens hospital ER, so that’s why we are here first. He isn’t allowed to eat while they figure out what is going on. But thankfully he’s been fairly calm so far. We ask for prayers for healing, wisdom for his doctors, and a very short hospital stay.
