Today was dentist day for Abigail at the University of Virginia! As you can probably imagine, she wasn’t exactly a fan of the visit (who is, really?). But we’re happy to share that her dentist said her teeth look healthy and—no cavities! We hadn’t been to UVA in a few weeks, which was nice after all the constant traveling and appointments.

Now for some really exciting news… Abigail has been accepted into two incredible charities that grant wishes to children with life-threatening illnesses — Make-A-Wish and OAAT (Once Upon A Time Foundation).

Devin and I were honestly shocked when we got the news about Make-A-Wish because they’re known for being very selective. With OAAT, families are blessed with an all-inclusive week-long trip to Disney — everything paid for, down to the last detail. We’re hoping that, if everything lines up just right, we can take that trip in March, right before her big airway reconstruction surgery.

Since she just got accepted into Make-A-Wish, we’re still learning exactly how their process works, but we’re just so grateful and excited for Abigail to have these opportunities.

Thank you all so much for your continued prayers, and support.
