Gilbert is home and recovering! We have a long road ahead. The dr said for every day he was in a coma (2 weeks) it will take minimum of 3 days per day to recover so we’re looking at a minimum of six weeks for him to get back to baseline. He has lost a significant amount of weight so I am to fatten him up again!! 
He is currently working on building back muscle because he lost so much muscle mass in the hospital. He also is experiencing significant tremors in his hands so holding scissors or clippers are not an option at this point. He needs to get stronger before we can even consider that. 
Thank you for the calls, texts and all the love you are continuing to send. Gilbert will not be back in shop for awhile so donations are still so appreciated and our family is so grateful. 🙏🏼
