Navigating some highs and lows, but we're so grateful for the support and prayers that continue to lift us up. 

Braxton's continuing to do well at home. He's responding really well to the antibiotic and off of oxygen. Brock and I were able to take a break from the hospital last night and get in the pool with him which was so special. We just keep saying how thankful we are that he is home and we aren't juggling two kids in the Pediatric ICU. Praise God. 

Rocky seems to be responding well to the antibiotic treatment, and his recent chest x-ray showed improvement, which is a relief for all of us. However, we've also faced challenges with adjusting his seizure rescue medications while managing his respiratory issues. Saturday morning, he was moved to high flow support, but due to increased respiratory needs, he was transitioned back to BiPAP. The medical team believes this additional support is necessary at this time.

Throughout this hospital stay, we've been in lots of communication with Palliative Care to discuss the next steps, particularly focusing on how we can transition Rocky back home when he's ready and what that might look like. These discussions have been invaluable in helping us prepare for what lies ahead and ensuring that we can provide him with the best possible care and comfort.

We appreciate your continued thoughts and prayers. We are hopeful he'll turn the corner the next few days and we will be able to get back to high flow oxygen. For now, we are just focusing on supporting him through this and try to get rest whenever we can.
