Blinatumomab aka blina. 
This 28 day cycle Willow is hooked up to infusion 24/7, she will also have 1 spinal done. What is blina? What does it do? Why is blina so crucial in her treatment plan? Blina is an immunotherapy that uses Willow's T-cells to attack and kill the cancer cells. Blinatumomab was on drug trial until June of 2024, at which time the trial was ended early because of the success rate. They found the overall survival and remission rates jumped 20%, that's huge in the cancer world. As I write this a new trial for adults is going on trialing only using blina and NO CHEMO. Now don't get me wrong the risk is huge but the reward is bigger. Blindness, high fever, chills, difficulty breathing, rashes, seizures and to top it off neurotoxicity. That is why when the treatment is started they are admitted to the hospital for very close monitoring. Thankfully Willows body responsed amazing and she came home 3 days later. After a week we have  seen the best blood work in 2 months, her personality is coming back and her body feels better. This cycle we get a "break", next cycle will be hell, then back on blina.
