The day we have spent countless hours, days, months of our lives thinking about and praying about is here. Hollis is getting her new liver. 

Hollis was taken back a little after 10am. The surgery is scheduled for 8-10 hours. Please pray with us today for a successful outcome and pain control for Hollis. Pray for healing and that her body accepts this new organ. Pray for no complications and for today marking the first day of her amazing new life. We are scared, drained and anxious for what the rest of the day holds. We will continue to post updates as we can. Thank you all for your support! We are getting there!

I prayed continuously yesterday for Hollis for God to bless her in amazing ways. I also prayed for God to lead and direct the surgeon and all of her care givers.
