Thursday 8/13/26

Well, 5pm on August 13, 2026, I got the news that I dreaded to hear. His kidney damage is  irreversible. My little buddy will now have to have dialysis 3 days a week until the day we find a match for a kidney transplant. A kid. That is about to be a teenager and his life will forever be different. Thank you everyone for the support and prayers. It means the world to my family and I. We will hopefully get out of the ICU tomorrow and move to the kidney floor. With hopes of going home later in the week next week. Please pray for peace and understanding not only for Jase but for Jacqui and I. Right now I don’t understand it. 😢
