Yesterday, Liam rang the bell, marking the completion of chemotherapy. 💛

What a gift it is to say that part of treatment is behind us.

We still have an MRI, appointments with the radiation oncologist, and radiation ahead, but today we're choosing to celebrate this victory. One step at a time.

Today, our family is spending the day at Main Event in Knoxville while the incredible team at Special Spaces transforms Liam's bedroom into a place of comfort and joy—a room where he'll spend much of the next month before radiation begins.

It's such a strange place to be.

You're celebrating one mountain you've climbed while looking at another one waiting in the distance. You feel relief and gratitude, but you also know the journey isn't over. So today we're doing something that almost feels unfamiliar... we're pretending life is normal.

For a few precious hours, we're trying not to think about cancer. Or chemotherapy. Or appointments. Or laundry. Or dishes. Or college tours. We're simply enjoying being together as a family of seven, laughing, playing, and soaking in the blessings God has placed right in front of us.

And one of those blessings is my husband.

I've watched him carry what has felt like the weight of the world on his shoulders these last three months. He has loved us, led us, sacrificed for us, and kept putting one foot in front of the other, even on the hardest days. I couldn't be more grateful to walk this road with him.

Thank you, Jesus, for bringing us through chemotherapy. Thank You for every nurse, doctor, friend, prayer, meal, gift, and act of kindness that has carried us this far. Thank You for these moments of laughter in the middle of the unknown.

We're celebrating today. Tomorrow will take care of itself.

"For the Lord has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy." — Psalm 126:3
